Kimberly brings over 20 years of administrative and customer service experience, including cybersecurity and technical support to our Client Service Team. She jumps in to assist on a variety of client service tasks, such as processing paperwork, maintaining trackers, running reports, helping clients access the portal and initiating follow-up.
Worked over 20 years in senior level customer & technical support for a cybersecurity technology firm, WatchGuard Technologies. Her passion for high-level client service and for doing whatever it takes to serve clients, Kimberly appreciates the life-balance and time to volunteer this job provides.
Earned an Information Technology and Administration Management degree from Central Washington University while working full-time, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2014.
Developed, designed, and implemented CRM system, managed budgets and directed departmental projects for WatchGuard, including as a Director of Customer Support and Technical Manager across teams to ensure case management, customer satisfaction, and handling customer escalations.
Managed all aspects of organizational finance as a Finance Manager for Cintech Corporation.
Provides ongoing volunteer work as a Training Director, Registrar, and a member of the Technical Response Team for Washington State Animal Response Team (WASART.org).

Enjoys friends and family (also an animal lover of all kinds), including sharing a home with her mother and a cat named Pica and spending time with her grown son, Evan, who lives in Kirkland, WA
Loves to travel and has visited more unique places in Europe than in the US. Her favorite place to rest and relax is the Caribbean where the surf and sun can warm the soul.
